1. About The Service

ProfitFootball.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) sells football betting tips and related information for entertainment and information purposes only. We are not a bookmaker, we do not accept bets, we do not handle betting funds and we are not affiliated with any bookmaker. Any bet you place is made with a third-party operator of your choice, entirely at your own risk.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if it is higher, to use this site or buy a plan. It is your responsibility to make sure that gambling, and the use of betting tips, is legal where you live. We do not offer the service to anyone in a jurisdiction where it is prohibited. By buying a plan you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. The Plans

We offer several plans, each following the rule described on the Subscriptions page, for example the market used and the typical total odds. Odds shown as “around” a figure are an approximation, since bookmaker odds change constantly. The final odds you can get depend on the bookmaker and the time you place your bet. Descriptions of plans may be updated from time to time, but we will not change a plan in a way that makes it substantially different from what you bought for the period you have already paid for.

4. No Guarantees

No pick, slip or plan is guaranteed to win or to make a profit. Football results are uncertain, and even careful analysis loses often. Long losing runs are normal, especially on higher odds. Results shown in our public archive describe the past only and do not promise future results. Nothing on this site is financial, investment or legal advice.

5. Your Responsibility

You alone decide whether, what and how much to bet. You agree to bet only money you can afford to lose and to follow the advice on our Responsible Gambling page. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of our tips.

6. Ordering And Payment

Plans are paid in advance, using PayPal, which also allows card payments, or crypto (Bitcoin or USDC) as shown on the Subscriptions page. Prices are shown before you pay. For crypto payments, you are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address on the correct network, and for emailing us your plan and the transaction hash. Crypto transactions cannot be reversed, so please double-check every detail. Network fees are paid by you. Your order is considered complete once we have confirmed your payment.

7. Delivery Of Picks

After your payment is confirmed, we send the picks of your plan to the email address you provided. Please give us a correct and working address and check your spam folder. Picks are normally sent before kick-off, but we do not guarantee a pick on every day. Some plans only run when enough suitable matches are available, and we may skip a day rather than publish a weak slip. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by your email provider, your connection or an incorrect address.

8. Refunds

Picks are digital content that is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. Because of this, purchases are non-refundable once the picks have been sent, and you agree that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins, to the extent allowed by law. If you paid but we failed to deliver the picks you paid for, contact us within a reasonable time and we will deliver them or, where that is not possible, refund the affected part of your payment. A losing slip is not a ground for a refund.

9. Public Results Archive

We publish the settled slips of each plan in a public archive. We settle slips using the final result of the match under standard rules, and where a match is postponed, abandoned or settled differently by bookmakers, we may mark the selection void or settle it in good faith. Archive entries are provided for information and transparency.

10. Acceptable Use And Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, design, logo and picks, belongs to us or our licensors. Picks you buy are for your personal use only. You may not resell, share, republish or distribute paid picks, or copy substantial parts of the site, without our written permission. We may stop providing the service to anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund.

11. Availability

We try to keep the site and the service available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or end any part of the service, for example for maintenance or if a data source becomes unavailable. If we end a plan you have already paid for, we will deliver the remaining picks or refund the unused part.

12. Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or the tips, including betting losses and lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Third-Party Services

The site may refer to or link to third parties such as payment providers, bookmakers or support organisations. We do not control them and are not responsible for their services or content.

14. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes do not affect plans you have already paid for.
